就如我求職簡(jiǎn)歷中所說的一樣：我簡(jiǎn)單，我自信，我陽光!與此同時(shí)，我在工作中善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、思考問題和解決問題，更有著較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。

在這三年多來，我擔(dān)任過班長(zhǎng)、系分團(tuán)委組織部部長(zhǎng)及本專業(yè)的06級(jí)輔導(dǎo)員助理等職，參與過本系的黨建、團(tuán)建各項(xiàng)工作，成功策劃組織舉辦過xx大學(xué)xx學(xué)院“黨在我心中”主題演講比賽、xx大學(xué)xx學(xué)院“光榮與夢(mèng)想”奧運(yùn)主題知識(shí)競(jìng)賽、法律系首次“團(tuán)支部培訓(xùn)”活動(dòng)及法律系首次“學(xué)生干部交流會(huì)”等系內(nèi)外活動(dòng)，均得到老師同學(xué)好評(píng)。

這讓我積攢較豐富的學(xué)生管理、政治思想教育及活動(dòng)開展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使我對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員一職也了著較深的認(rèn)識(shí)，也讓我相對(duì)其他來應(yīng)聘同學(xué)更容易直接開展輔導(dǎo)員的各項(xiàng)工作。

作為一名xx人，我熟悉這個(gè)校園，我熱愛這所學(xué)校，同時(shí)我也喜歡輔導(dǎo)員這個(gè)不平凡的職業(yè)，我相信自己有能力勝任輔導(dǎo)員一職，也相信評(píng)委老師們能給我一次從事輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)。

高校輔導(dǎo)員面試技巧

1、對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作的熱愛

這一點(diǎn)是任何面試應(yīng)聘的第一要求，如果在不喜歡的崗位上長(zhǎng)期工作，你不開心，你的用工單位也不會(huì)從中有所收獲。但是用人單位絕對(duì)不會(huì)直接問你這個(gè)問題，他會(huì)側(cè)面問你：對(duì)工作性質(zhì)的了解，對(duì)職責(zé)的了解，對(duì)困難的了解，對(duì)于自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的了解。只有你在非常關(guān)心熟悉這個(gè)行業(yè)、單位、崗位的情況下，你才能從容回答以上問題，而關(guān)心這些細(xì)枝末節(jié)的朋友，自然因?yàn)橄矚g、因?yàn)橹匾曀粤私狻?/p>

輔導(dǎo)員崗位的定位：高校德育教育的第一陣地、學(xué)校與學(xué)生溝通的橋梁、學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的啟蒙教師、就業(yè)的引航人……

輔導(dǎo)員工作的艱辛和職責(zé)：不要以學(xué)生角度去看，傻乎乎地講這份工作很輕松，事實(shí)并非如此!!!學(xué)生黨建、日常事務(wù)處理、系部活動(dòng)、形勢(shì)政策授課、社會(huì)實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)、學(xué)生綜合管理能力培養(yǎng)、大型活動(dòng)、社團(tuán)組織協(xié)調(diào)等等，忙得你喘不過氣。

自身優(yōu)勢(shì)：剛畢業(yè)與學(xué)生有親和力、學(xué)生黨員or支部書記經(jīng)歷了解黨建工作流程、班干部經(jīng)歷有助于組織開展活動(dòng)、專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)如能歌善舞……

2、對(duì)應(yīng)聘單位的了解程度

了解單位近年來的招生就業(yè)情況，專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

了解學(xué)校情況途徑：主頁查找、百度搜索關(guān)鍵詞、熟人介紹、主動(dòng)出擊(當(dāng)初我就是厚著臉皮和陌生門衛(wèi)攀談數(shù)小時(shí)了解到學(xué)校歷年的錄用新人條件和待遇等重要問題，大家不妨試試!)

3、個(gè)人轉(zhuǎn)型

心態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變，從學(xué)生到老師，保證學(xué)生利益同時(shí)處理學(xué)校利益的關(guān)系。

面試當(dāng)天，你準(zhǔn)備好一切相關(guān)信息前提下，首先要克服心理恐懼緊張，要相信自己是最強(qiáng)的。語言簡(jiǎn)煉，不要復(fù)述經(jīng)歷，簡(jiǎn)歷上全有，抓重點(diǎn)，為什么來，憑什么來，就好ok了。在具體問題回答時(shí)，宜粗不宜細(xì)，越細(xì)節(jié)回答越露馬腳。

特別是回答突發(fā)事件處置時(shí)，冷靜回答，不要意氣用事，站在學(xué)校角度思考問題才是一名員工應(yīng)該做的!發(fā)生類似事情首先要緩解矛盾，及時(shí)上報(bào)，征求處理意見。

形象轉(zhuǎn)變，言談舉止、衣著打扮，親近學(xué)生但不失威信。

面試前注意著裝，輔導(dǎo)員工作不需要西裝筆挺或者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)office型頭，太莊重與工作不匹配，但是也不能太隨意，作為教師崗位的一種，要有一定的威嚴(yán)感，特別是剛踏出校門的年輕人，如果穿著西哈，如何讓學(xué)生肅然起敬?也對(duì)不起面試中老人考官審美眼光。建議男生可以著休閑西裝、牛仔褲加休閑皮鞋搭配，女生可以淑女裝加淡妝、中跟皮鞋搭配。
