面試避免出洋相的面試技巧:
好工作越來越難找,除了準(zhǔn)備一份足夠吸引別人眼球的簡歷,如何能在面試中脫穎而出?至少應(yīng)避免以下常見的10個(gè)錯(cuò)誤:
夸夸其談。首先談得太多,就不能在回答問題中直中要害;其次容易造成刻意粉飾或者不懂裝懂的印象。
蹩腳的握手。如同開場(chǎng)白一樣重要,握手可以在第一時(shí)間傳達(dá)自己。姿勢(shì)和力度都應(yīng)恰到好處,肢體語言往往直接泄露很多的秘密。
負(fù)面評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)任或前任的老板。即使抱怨的理由再充分,當(dāng)表現(xiàn)出對(duì)前任老板的不尊重時(shí),面試官會(huì)自然聯(lián)想到今后你對(duì)他的評(píng)價(jià)。所以,萬一被問到“你如何評(píng)價(jià)你現(xiàn)任或前任的老板?”這類問題,事先有所準(zhǔn)備絕對(duì)不是一件壞事。
