    不能適應(yīng)面試風(fēng)格。面試官的面試風(fēng)格因人而異,應(yīng)隨時(shí)調(diào)整并適應(yīng)對(duì)方的風(fēng)格。如果對(duì)方非常嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),就不要亂開玩笑;如果對(duì)方喜歡直截了當(dāng),就不要拐彎抹角??傊?,讓交流變得舒服和自然。

    眼神交流太少或太多。太少的眼神交流代表了不自信和冷漠,但要是一直緊盯著對(duì)方,對(duì)方會(huì)覺得不自然。如果沒有把握找到平衡,先找個(gè)朋友練練。
