    一個招聘者希望看到你對自己的事業(yè)采取的是認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度。不要忘記雇主在尋找的是適合某一特定職位的人,這個人將是數(shù)百名應(yīng)聘者中最合適的一個。因此如果簡歷的陳述沒有工作和職位重點,或是把你描寫成一個適合于所有職位的求職者,你很可能將無法在任何求職競爭中勝出。

    第二條原則是把簡歷看作一份廣告,推銷你自己。

    最成功的廣告通常要求簡短而且富有感召力,并且能夠多次重復(fù)重要信息。你的簡歷應(yīng)該限制在一頁以內(nèi),工作介紹不要以段落的形式出現(xiàn);盡量運用動作性短語使語言鮮活有力;在簡歷頁面上端寫一段總結(jié)性語言,陳述你在事業(yè)上最大的優(yōu)勢,然后在工作介紹中再將這些優(yōu)勢以工作經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績的形式加以敘述。

    制作簡歷的第三條原則是陳述有利信息,爭取成功機(jī)會,也就是說盡量避免在簡歷階段就遭到拒絕。

    為面試階段所進(jìn)行的簡歷篩選的過程就是一個刪除不合適人選的過程。如果你把自己置身于招聘者的立場就會明白:招聘時每次面視都需要較長時間,因此對招聘者來說進(jìn)入面試階段的應(yīng)聘者人數(shù)越少越好。招聘者對理想的應(yīng)聘者有也有要求:相應(yīng)的教育背景,工作經(jīng)歷,以及技術(shù)水平,這會是應(yīng)聘者在新的職位上取得成功的關(guān)鍵。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該符合這些關(guān)鍵條件,這樣才能打動招聘者并贏得面視機(jī)會。同時,簡歷中不要有其他無關(guān)信息,以免影響招聘者對你的看法。

    從理論上講,面試可以測評應(yīng)試者任何素質(zhì),但由于人員甄選方法都有其長處和短處,揚長避短綜合運用,則事半功倍,否則就很可能事倍功半。因此,在人員甄選實踐中,我們并不是以面試去測評一個人的所有素質(zhì),而是有選擇地用面試去測評它最能測評的內(nèi)容。

    面試測評的主要內(nèi)容如下:

    1、儀表風(fēng)度

    這是指應(yīng)試者的體型、外貌、氣色、衣著舉止、精神狀態(tài)等。像國家公務(wù)員、教師、公關(guān)人員、企業(yè)經(jīng)理人員等職位,對儀表風(fēng)度的要求較高。研究表明,儀表端莊、衣著整潔、舉止文明的人,一般做事有規(guī)律、注意自我約束、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

    2、專業(yè)知識

    了解應(yīng)試者掌握專業(yè)知識的深度和廣度,其專業(yè)知識更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對專業(yè)知識筆試補充。面試對專業(yè)知識的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問題也更接近空缺崗位對專業(yè)知識的需求。

    3、工作實踐經(jīng)驗

    一般根據(jù)查閱應(yīng)試者的個人簡歷或求職登記表,作些相關(guān)的提問。查詢應(yīng)試者有關(guān)背景及過去工作的情況,以補充、證實其所具有的實踐經(jīng)驗,通過工作經(jīng)歷與實踐經(jīng)驗的了解,還可以考察應(yīng)試者的責(zé)任感、主動性、思維力、口頭表達(dá)能力及遇事的理智狀況等。

    4、口頭表達(dá)能力

    面試中應(yīng)試者是否能夠?qū)⒆约旱乃枷搿⒂^點、意見或建議順暢地用語言表達(dá)出來。考察的具體內(nèi)容包括:表達(dá)的邏輯性、準(zhǔn)確性、感染力、音質(zhì)、音色、音量、音調(diào)等。

    5、綜合分析能力

    面試中,應(yīng)試者是否能對主考官所提出的問題,通過分析抓住本質(zhì),并且說理透徹、分析全面、條理清晰。

    6、反應(yīng)能力與應(yīng)變能力

    主要看應(yīng)試者對主考官所得的問題理解是否準(zhǔn)確,回答的迅速性、準(zhǔn)確性等。對于突發(fā)問題的反應(yīng)是否機(jī)智敏捷、回答恰當(dāng)。對于意外事情的處理是否得當(dāng)、妥當(dāng)?shù)取?/p>

    7、人際交往能力

    在面試中,通過詢問應(yīng)試者經(jīng)常參與哪些社團(tuán)活動,喜歡同哪種類型的人打交道,在各種社交場合所扮演的角色,可以了解應(yīng)試者的人際交往傾向和與人相處的技巧。

    8、自我控制能力與情緒穩(wěn)定性

    自我控制能力對于國家公務(wù)員及許多其他類型的工作人員(如企業(yè)的管理人員)顯得尤為重要。一方面,在遇到上級批評指責(zé)、工作有壓力或是個人利益受到?jīng)_擊時,能夠克制、容忍、理智地對待,不致因情緒波動而影響工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韌勁。

    9、工作態(tài)度

    一是了解應(yīng)試者對過去學(xué)習(xí)、工作的態(tài)度;二是了解其對現(xiàn)報考職位的態(tài)度。在過去學(xué)習(xí)或工作中態(tài)度不認(rèn)真,做什么、做好做壞者無所謂的人,在新的工作崗位也很難說能勤勤懇懇、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。

    10、上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心

    上進(jìn)心、進(jìn)取心強(qiáng)烈的人,一般都確立有事業(yè)上的奮斗目標(biāo),并為之而積極努力。表現(xiàn)在努力把現(xiàn)有工作做好,且不安于現(xiàn)狀,工作中常有創(chuàng)新。上進(jìn)心不強(qiáng)的人,一般都是安于現(xiàn)狀,無所事事,不求有功,但求無過,對什么事都不熱心。

    11、求職動機(jī)

    了解應(yīng)試者為何希望來本單位工作,對哪類工作最感興趣,在工作中追求什么,判斷本單位所能提供的職位或工作條件等能否滿足其工作要求和期望。

    12、業(yè)余興趣與愛好

    3、握手要有“感染力”。面試前的握手是一個“重頭戲”,因為不少企業(yè)把握手作為考察一個應(yīng)聘者是否專業(yè)、自信的依據(jù)。如果先前沒有太多和別人握手的經(jīng)驗,可以事先練習(xí)一下。注意,握手不要有氣無力,而要讓對方感受到你的熱情,要有“感染力”。

    4、坐姿也有講究。有兩種坐姿不可取:一是緊貼著椅背坐,二是只坐在椅邊。這兩種坐法,一個顯得太放松,另一個則太緊張,都不利于面試的進(jìn)行。建議最好坐滿椅子的三分之二,保持輕松自如的姿勢。
