面試禮儀——無聲勝有聲的形體語言
加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校的一項研究表明,個人給他人留下的印象,7%取決于用辭,38%取決于音質(zhì),55%取決于非語言交流。非語言交流的重要性可想而知。在面試中,恰當(dāng)使用非語言交流的技巧,將為你帶來事半功倍的效果。
除了講話以外,無聲語言是重要的公關(guān)手段,主要有:手勢語、目光語、身勢語、面部語、服飾語等,通過儀表、姿態(tài)、神情、動作來傳遞信息,它們在交談中往往起著有聲語言無法比擬的效果,是職業(yè)形象的更高境界。形體語言對面試成敗非常關(guān)鍵,有時一個眼神或者手勢都會影響到整體評分。比如面部表情的適當(dāng)微笑,就顯現(xiàn)出一個人的樂觀、豁達(dá)、自信;服飾的大方得體、不俗不妖,能反映出大學(xué)生風(fēng)華正茂,有知識、有修養(yǎng)、青春活潑,獨(dú)有魅力,它可以在考官眼中形成一道絢麗的風(fēng)景,增強(qiáng)你的求職競爭能力。
1)如鐘坐姿顯精神
進(jìn)入面試室后,在沒有聽到“請坐”之前,絕對不可以坐下,等考官告訴你“請坐”時才可坐下,坐下時應(yīng)道聲“謝謝”。坐姿也有講究,“站如松,坐 如鐘 ”,面試時也應(yīng)該如此,良好的坐姿是給面試官留下好印象的關(guān)鍵要素之一。坐椅子時最好坐滿三分之二,上身挺直,這樣顯得精神抖擻;保持輕松自如的姿勢,身體要略向前傾。不要弓著腰,也不要把腰挺得很直,這樣反倒會給人留下死板的印象,應(yīng)該很自然地將腰伸直,并攏雙膝,把手自然的放在上面。有兩種坐姿不可?。阂皇蔷o貼著椅背坐,顯得太放松;二是只坐在椅邊,顯得太緊張。這兩種坐法,都不利于面試的進(jìn)行。要表現(xiàn)出精力和熱忱,松懈的姿勢會讓人感到你疲憊不堪或漫不經(jīng)心。切忌蹺二郎腿并不停抖動,兩臂不要交叉在胸前,更不能把手放在鄰座椅背上,或加些玩筆、摸頭、伸舌頭等小動作,容易給別人一種輕浮傲慢、有失莊重的印象。
2)眼睛是心靈的窗戶?
面試一開始就要留心自己的身體語言,特別是自己的眼神,對面試官應(yīng)全神貫注,目光始終聚焦在面試人員身上,在不言之中,展現(xiàn)出自信及對對方的尊重。眼睛是心靈的窗戶,恰當(dāng)?shù)难凵衲荏w現(xiàn)出智慧、自信以及對公司的向往和熱情。注意眼神的交流,這不僅是相互尊重的表示,也可以更好地獲取一些信息,與面試官的動作達(dá)成默契。正確的眼神表達(dá)應(yīng)該是:禮貌地正視對方,注視的部位最好是考官的鼻眼三角區(qū)(社交區(qū));目光平和而有神,專注而不呆板;如果有幾個面 試官在場,說話的時候要適當(dāng)用目光掃視一下其他人,以示尊重;回答問題前,可以把視線投在對方背面墻上,約兩三秒鐘做思考,不宜過長,開口回答問題時,應(yīng)該把視線收回來。
3)微笑的表情有親和力
微笑是自信的第一步,也能為你消除緊張。面試時要面帶微笑,親切和藹、謙虛虔誠、有問必答。面帶微笑會增進(jìn)與面試官的溝通,會百分之百的提高你的外部形象,改善你與面試官的關(guān)系。賞心悅目的面部表情,應(yīng)聘的成功率,遠(yuǎn)高于那些目不斜視、笑不露齒的人。不要板著面孔,苦著一張臉,否則不能給人以最佳的印象,爭取到工作機(jī)會。聽對方說話時,要時有點(diǎn)頭,表示自己聽明白了,或正在注意聽。同時也要不時面帶微笑,當(dāng)然也不宜笑得太僵硬,一切都要順其自然。表情呆板、大大咧咧、扭扭捏捏、矮揉造作,都是一種美的缺陷,破壞了自然的美。
4)適度恰當(dāng)?shù)氖謩?/p>
說話時做些手勢,加大對某個問題的形容和力度,是很自然的,可手勢太多也會分散人的注意力,需要時適度配合表達(dá)。中國人的手勢往往特別多,而且?guī)缀醵家粋€模子。尤其是在講英文的時候,習(xí)慣兩個手不停地上下晃,或者單手比劃。這一點(diǎn)一定要注意。平時要留意外國人的手勢,了解中外手勢的不同。另外注意不要用手比劃一二三,這樣往往會滔滔不絕,令人生厭。而且中西方手勢中,一二三的表達(dá)方式也迥然不同,用錯了反而造成誤解。交談很投機(jī)時,可適當(dāng)?shù)嘏浜弦恍┦謩葜v解,但不要頻繁聳肩,手舞足蹈。有些求職者由于緊張,雙手不知道該放哪兒,而有些人過于興奮,在侃侃而談時舞動雙手,這些都不可取。不要有太多小動作,這是不成熟的表現(xiàn),更切忌抓耳撓腮、用手捂嘴說話,這樣顯得緊張,不專心交談。很多中國人都有這一習(xí)慣,為表示親切而拍對方的肩膀,這對面試官很失禮。上:行政文秘優(yōu)秀英文簡歷模板
