口語測試都是老套路，不管是用人單位還是獵頭，問你的都是常規(guī)問題，比如自我介紹，比如個性，比如職業(yè)規(guī)劃，比如你的收獲和體會。很多人可能會對口語測試緊張，不知道說什么，其實就象中文面試一樣，你只要事先做個準備就好了。

比如自我介紹，這個是基本都會問的，但是也不要隨便回答。自己事先寫好，背熟，面試時候自然一點流利地講出來，至少可以留下一半的好印象。

對于平時不用英語的人來說，如果有機會去外企面試，至少前一天要把自己的英文簡歷閱讀幾遍，找找感覺，象自我介紹這樣的準備材料，也要熟讀。不然真正面試的時候，一張嘴結結巴巴，單詞發(fā)音也不準，句子也不連貫，那就功虧一簣了。

與其說這些話的，早干什么了？早做準備，面試的時候才會一鼓作氣、一氣呵成，求職應聘好公司好職位的人多了，憑什么就給你鍛煉的機會呢？

所以，不要奢望狗屎運經常會降臨，要真想實現自己的目標，必要的付出還是要做的。英語口語，不是非要參加什么培訓班或者背誦多少新概念才行，要應付外企的面試，有本不錯的《面試英語》，其實也足夠了。

另外有一個快速提高面試口語的辦法，就是請留意那些外企招聘廣告里，關于該職位的英語描述和任職資格要求。

這些也就是所謂很多人頭疼和陌生的專業(yè)詞匯，你只要多收集幾家就會發(fā)現，大同小異，個別詞換種表達，內容都差不多。你的英文簡歷也可以參照這個要求去寫，把相關經驗和工作業(yè)績補充進去就很完美了，面試時候再按照這個說出來，把握更大。

基本上，外資公司在招聘廣告里，用中文刊登的職位對英語要求都不高，反之則需要英語水平稍高。對于那些自己感興趣的公司和職位，多收集一些英文的招聘要求，對提高應聘英語水平幫助很大。
