這是應(yīng)聘外資銀行面試稅務(wù)職位的英文自我介紹原文，供想進(jìn)外資銀行的童鞋們一個(gè)參考。

i’m glad to introduce myself to you. my chinese name is ma lin, but you can call me rock, my english name. i chose rock to be my english name because i want to be as tough as a rock, hehe. i was born and raised in guangdong, so i speak both cantonese and mandarin.

besides having good academic performance, i was actively involved in student activities. i was in charge of student welfare (生活委員) in my class, and in the student union of our school. i enjoyed this position because what i did was very important to everybody, although it was mostly small details.

i had a three-month internship in guangdong zhengzhong accounting firm. i did the inventory check and helped the accountants to make the auditing reports. my boss was pleased with my performance and he asked me to recommend my classmate to join our team.

kpmg is my dream company. what’s more, i have great interest in joining the tax department as my long term career goal is to be a tax consultant. i wish my dream could come true today. thank you! (筆者備注： 英文面試只注重事實(shí)， 不談“dream”。)

【第2篇】外資銀行面試官常用問(wèn)題top10

1. self-introduction(achievement, strength, weakness...)（70%）

根據(jù)研究數(shù)據(jù)，自我介紹在所有的行業(yè)被問(wèn)到的次數(shù)都是最高的。這是在所有的問(wèn)題中，唯一一個(gè)應(yīng)聘者有著充分主動(dòng)權(quán)的問(wèn)題。應(yīng)該怎么來(lái)回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題呢？

大多數(shù)從網(wǎng)上搜到的指導(dǎo)都寫得太隨意。這里我先來(lái)引述一下robert.lock的建議：

“很多面試官認(rèn)為這是一個(gè)很好的破冰問(wèn)題，一種得到內(nèi)在信息的途徑，也給應(yīng)聘者一些時(shí)間的限制。你怎么介紹？你介紹你最喜歡的人，天氣或你的寵物鸚鵡？在面試前，想一下你如何回答這類開放式問(wèn)題。實(shí)際的問(wèn)題可能是“告訴我一些你簡(jiǎn)歷上沒有的信息。如果你缺乏準(zhǔn)備，這個(gè)最初的問(wèn)題將會(huì)使你手足無(wú)措。面試官要求你說(shuō)一些事情，但是你要說(shuō)什么并不確定。在數(shù)千個(gè)可供選擇的主題中，你應(yīng)選擇對(duì)你最重要的話題來(lái)講。”

2.why do you apply for this company/position？（60%） 類似的問(wèn)題還有

(1)請(qǐng)說(shuō)一下對(duì)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的認(rèn)識(shí)，以及為什么選擇商業(yè)銀行。(30%)

(2) why investment banking? how do you know about investment banking（20%）

3. 舉一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的例子，來(lái)同時(shí)說(shuō)明你對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的理解（40%）

我一直很疑惑hr為什么問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題。但既然有人問(wèn)，就要準(zhǔn)備一下。先看一下領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是怎么定義的。然后找?guī)讉€(gè)案例，用topaq的結(jié)構(gòu)闡述一下就可以了。
